Frequently Asked Questions

Weekly service starts at $85 per month for one dog. We offer weekly, every-other-week, and twice-weekly visits, with pricing based on the number of dogs you have and how often we visit. Cleaning areas larger than ¼ acre have an additional charge based on the square footage being serviced. Use our online quote tool for your personalized price.

Your initial cleanup is free when you sign up for weekly, every-other-week, or twice-weekly service and try us for at least one month of regular service. After that first month, you can pause or cancel at any time without advance notice.

No. As long as we have safe access to the yard, you don’t need to be home. Please make sure the gate is accessible and any dogs that are not friendly with visitors are safely inside.

Yes. If you find dog waste we missed, let us know within 24 hours of your visit. We’ll return and re-clean the entire yard at no cost. This guarantee excludes waste that was hidden by tall grass, leaves, or debris during the original visit.

Choose weekly, every-other-week, or twice-weekly service. Weekly visits are a good starting point for keeping up with regular buildup. If you have several dogs or want more frequent cleanup, consider twice-weekly service.

You don’t need to clean up before we arrive. We can handle accumulated dog waste, and heavy buildup alone does not add a fee. The free initial cleanup is available when you start a qualifying recurring plan and try it for one month. Additional charges apply if the area being cleaned exceeds ¼ acre.

Yes. One-time cleanups cost $75 for one dog, plus $25 for each additional dog. An additional charge applies to cleaning areas over ¼ acre.

If you’re considering ongoing help, you can also try one month of weekly service and receive the initial cleanup free. Depending on how many dogs you have, that option may cost less than a one-time cleanup. If you prefer a one-time visit, we’re happy to help.

We typically return on your next regular service day and remove the accumulated waste. Your subscription price stays the same because we are cleaning up the waste that built up between visits, including the missed visit.

Keeping grass short and clearing leaves and debris helps us find all the dog waste. If you haven’t had a chance to do that, we still clean as thoroughly as possible, but we cannot guarantee finding waste hidden underneath. Waste hidden by tall grass, leaves, or debris is excluded from our free re-clean guarantee.

We double-bag the collected waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin.

After cleaning, we close and secure your gate and send you a photo of it. That gives you a way to check that the gate has been secured before letting your dogs out.

After your first month of regular service, you can cancel midmonth and choose either a refund for unused service or to have us finish out your paid month.
