Scoop N Go offers weekly pet waste removal service starting at $80 per month for one dog. Each additional dog is just $10 more per month. For example, service for two dogs would be $90/month, and three dogs would be $100/month.
We are unable to take the pet waste after each cleanup. Once we complete the cleanup we will double bag all the waste and place it in the customers’ trash bin.
Our Scoop N Go team offers weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one-time cleanup options to best fit your needs and your pooper scooper budget.
Absolutely! If you’re unhappy with anything about your pet waste removal service, just notify our office. We will correct it within 48 hours or you’ll receive the next service for FREE.
All our Scoopers wear visible uniforms when servicing your home. We also send a text mesage letting you know when we’re on the way and a photo of the secured gate when your pet waste removal service is complete. If your dog is comfortable with strangers, we can even clean your yard while they’re outside. (We won’t be strangers for long!)
If our Scoopers are unable to provide service for one week due to weather or unsafe conditions we will perform double duty the following week and you will still be charged for the full month. This is because there is just as much pet waste and time spent on each yard.
We have a client portal where payment is processed. Our team will create an account on your behalf after you have spoken to a Scoop N Go representative. We will then send your login info to your email. The process to sign up is simple and takes under two minutes. Inside your portal account, you will have access to copies of all paid invoices, and records of past/scheduled services, and you can link your credit/debit card to the secure platform. After you link your card, we will generate and pay invoices on your behalf and send you receipts.
Note:
Your card will need to be linked to your account by the time we arrive at your home. If your card is not connected by this time, we will attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If no contact is made, we will reschedule your cleanup for the next available date. Depending on the time of year, this could be weeks out. If you need help connecting your card, we are always available to help you over the phone.
